The Horizon Program Can HelpThe Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in central and mid-coast Maine. This includes the Horizon Clinic — one-stop access to primary care, mental health services, case managers and other providers — offering an easy way to have many needs met and questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and expense.

The Ryan White Part C Program is a federal grant program designed to improve primary health care for people living with HIV in a seven-county region in central and mid-coast Maine.
